Doctors Medical Center of Modesto leader recognized by Women We Admire on its list of Top 50 Women Leaders in Medicine of 2023

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto’s Chief of Staff & Trauma Medical Director, Dr. Rohini Bogineni, was recently recognized by Women We Admire on its list of Top 50 Women Leaders in Medicine of 2023.

Dr. Bogineni joins a class of leading physicians, doctors, clinicians, and educators who impact the medical field through their profession, teaching, and personal lives. Awardees were recognized for their commitment to quality care and advancements within their field.

Dr. Bogineni is a practicing trauma and general surgeon with more than 20 years of experience. In addition to her role as Doctors Medical Center of Modesto’s Chief of Staff, she has also served as the Trauma Medical Director for the facility’s Level 2 ACS-verified Trauma Center for the past five years.  

Dr. Bogineni  is a board-certified general surgeon by the American Board of Surgery and a current fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Outside of her surgical work, Dr. Bogineni serves as the secretary at Stanislaus Medical Society and has been on the board of directors for the Medical Society.
