Getting Ready: Transportation and Parking

This information was originally communicated to employees on November 14, 2019.

As we prepare to move to our new locations in the Dallas area, corporate security is consolidating and updating vehicle and parking information.

Even if you have completed a parking form in the past, you are required to submit a new parking registration form.

Your NTTA TollTag will serve as the primary means of entrance to the employee parking garage at International Plaza. At Frisco II, the parking lot is open and available to all employees and guests. All employees moving to either International Plaza or Frisco II must submit their parking registration information via the link below.

Parking FAQs

How do I find my TollTag number?

Visit NTTA.org or take a picture of the back of the sticker in your car. It should read like this: DNT.XXXXXXXX

What if I am driving a rental car or another car temporarily?

You can also gain entrance to the garage by swiping your employee badge.

What if I get a new TollTag or a new car?

Visit security to complete a new parking information form.

Can I register multiple TollTags?

Yes, you should complete a parking registration form for every car you plan to drive to work and the corresponding TollTag that you will use to access the garage.

I don’t have a TollTag. What are my options?

You can gain entrance to the garage by swiping your employee badge. If you want to use a TollTag, visit NTTA.org to create an account.

I take DART to the office now. Can I do that in my new location?
DART passes will not be provided at International Plaza or Frisco II. If you are currently taking DART and do not have an alternative, contact Kim Koonce.

Move FAQs

What should I be doing now to prepare for the move?

Continue to clean out your space. Each floor has bins to discard trash, collect unused office supplies, old IT equipment and documents to be shredded.

Records coordinators should be preparing and boxing documents for offsite storage. All materials are required to be submitted to records management by Dec. 13, 2019. You can find records retention policy information on the Tenet on the Move landing page. If you have questions about your specific records contact Jim Roche, director of records management.

If you received an email notifying you of the need for a new access badge picture, visit the Tenet reception desk on floor 14 at Fountain Place to take a new photo. Accessing your new location will require a new employee badge with an updated badge photo.
