At Tenet, we’re proud to call veterans and military members our colleagues, patients, family and friends.

As we honor Veterans Day, we salute the tremendous sacrifices that our veteran colleagues and their loved ones have made on behalf of our country. We also want to thank them for the selfless contributions they continue to bring to our communities and workplace each and every day. At Tenet, we believe the skillsets and unique perspectives of our veterans strengthens our culture while helping us advance our mission of providing quality, compassionate care in the communities we serve.

Across the enterprise, we have veteran colleagues from all branches of our U.S. Armed Forces. They come from different backgrounds and serve in different roles, but they all have one important trait in common: a selfless desire to serve others.

Seven of our veteran colleagues recently shared some of the valuable lessons and experiences from their service and how it shaped their careers today.
