Conifer Health extends contract with LCMC Health

Conifer Health Solutions recently announced the extension of its contract with LCMC Health, a New Orleans-based non-profit health system, to provide eligibility and enrollment services along with financial counseling.

“Conifer has strengthened and expanded LCMC Health’s eligibility and enrollment program, helping to increase our efficiency and improve the patient experience,” said Karen Veselsky, LCMC Health vice president of revenue cycle. “We’ve come to rely on Conifer for the services they provide and for their insight, guidance, and partnership that help support our business.”

Conifer has expanded its relationship with LCMC Health facilities over the years, starting with eligibility and enrollment services at one hospital in 2018 and growing to include multiple locations and additional services.

Today, Conifer supports six LCMC Health hospitals with financial counseling and physician accounts receivable management small balance support and scheduling. The current two-year contract extension continues Conifer’s seamless support of LCMC Health’s day-to-day operations and creates opportunities to contribute to the health system’s overall success.
