Tenet celebrated National Volunteer Month in April by volunteering with five community organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. DFW-based employees from Tenet and the company’s United Surgical Partners International and Conifer Health Solutions subsidiaries provided more than 1,265 hours of volunteer service during the month.

Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital is the first in Arizona to offer a new nonsurgical procedure to prepare kidney failure patients for dialysis treatment. The WavelinQ system uses radio frequency to create an arteriovenous fistula, an important step in creating an access point for dialysis treatment.
