Des Peres Hospital, a 167 private room facility, is located in St. Louis County, west of the city of St. Louis.  It is a teaching hospital, having physicians' education programs onsite.  Three physicians' medical office buildings are also located on campus.  The founding hospital organization was established in 1948, and Des Peres Hospital itself was constructed in 1974.
