Grant proposals are accepted throughout the year. 

To apply for a grant from Tenet Healthcare Foundation, please follow these five steps.

1. Determine your organization’s eligibility by taking our Online Grant Eligibility Quiz.
2. Closely review the detailed Foundation Contribution Guidelines.
3. Download a Grant Application (PDF, 179k).
4. Print and complete your downloaded Grant Application
5. Submit your completed Grant Application, including a copy of your proposal and supporting documentation to:

Note:  Proposals will not be considered until all requested information has been received.  Review takes approximately six to eight weeks.
