The Quality, Compliance & Ethics Committee provides oversight of Tenet's procedures and systems for ensuring that (1) Tenet's employees, directors and operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to government programs; (2) Tenet, it's employees and directors act in accordance with appropriate ethical standards; and (3) Tenet delivers quality medical care to its patients.  The Ethics Committee also reviews proposed related party transactions and determines whether such transactions are appropriate for the Board of Directors to consider. Click here to view the Quality, Compliance & Ethics Committee Charter.
