The Leadership Development Training Program provides supervisors, managers and directors with the tools needed to create a positive, motivated work environment for employees by giving them the skills to support and reinforce learning. 

For example, staff nurses who aspire to managerial positions can gain the appropriate training and experiences to aid in their successful transition. Tenet has partnered with DDI (Development Dimensions Inc.), a recognized leadership training company, to implement this major strategic initiative.  DDI has customized its world-renowned management training program to align with Tenet’s vision and values.  Since implementation of the program began, several thousand managers have already been trained.
