
Our Target 100 initiative seeks to achieve 100 percent satisfaction rates among our most-important constituents – patients, employees and physicians.
The Target 100 program engages our employees – from hospital CEOs to floor nurses to admissions clerks – in a process aimed at improving customer service. Each hospital designates Action Teams in such key areas as patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction, employee satisfaction, rewards and recognition, and service recovery. The Action Teams, guided by consultants from The Studer Group, develop programs and initiatives designed to promote significant improvements in these areas.
Target 100 is now in place at all of our hospitals. Our hospitals are reporting that this initiative has promoted a widespread culture change. Target 100 has inspired and energized many of our employees and rekindled their passion for providing quality service.
