Where is Tenet stock listed?
Tenet Healthcare Corporation stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under stock symbol THC.  Tenet is among several companies that has voluntarily withdrawn their listing from NYSE Arca, Inc. to eliminate duplicative administrative requirements inherent with dual listings as a result of the NYSE Group's recent merger with Archipelago Holdings, the parent company of NYSE Arca.  Click here for more information about this change.

Tenet has not paid a cash dividend since 1993. Instead, the company reinvests its profits in its hospitals and services. We believe this is the best means to serve our shareholders over the long term.

I have old NME stock certificates. Do I need to exchange them for Tenet shares?
NME changed its name to Tenet in 1995, after completing the acquisition of AMI. Your NME certificates are still valid; you are not required to exchange them for Tenet stock certificates.
