Core Benefits
Available to each full time employee, physician, and nurse, benefits in this category are provided at no cost.  These comprehensive benefits include Basic Employee Life Insurance, Basic Personal Accident Insurance and Business Travel.
 
Medical/Dental/Vision Plans
Choose from comprehensive options in all three areas.  Eligibility begins the 31st day of employment.

Disability Plan
Full time employees may purchase short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligibility begins the 31st day of employment.

Life and AD&D
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance are available to you, your spouse, and children. Eligibility begins the 31st day of employment.

Reimbursement Accounts
Set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses.  Eligibility begins the 31st day of employment.

Long Term Care
You may purchase Long Term Care Insurance to provide financial protection against the high cost of home or long-term facility care for you or any member of your immediate family.  Eligibility begins the 31st day of employment.

401(k) Retirement Plan
All full-time, part-time and PRN employees are eligible to enroll in the plan.  Deferrals and matching contributions will begin on their 91st day of employment.  Participating employees will receive a company match equal to 100% of before-tax contributions up to 3% of eligible wages.

Cash Plus
You can use these dollars to replace income when taking approved time away from work.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
After 30 days of service, if you work more than 20 hours each week, you can purchase shares of Tenet common stock at a 5% discount, through payroll deductions.
