Program Details
Tenet's MBA Leadership Program participants will be based at one of Tenet's acute care hospitals. Participants will receive formal mentoring with an emphasis on finance, business development and/or operations.

Qualifications
Tenet is looking for participants who want to enhance their leadership and managment skills in a health care facility. The program is open to candidates with a master's degree in business administration or health care administration.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent academic credentials, initiative, career focus and leadership capabilities, as well as a strong work ethic, people skills, a keen ability to network and geographic mobility. Individuals also should be strong communicators with a proactive nature to drive results in an organization.
