Description

The Director of Business Development has responsibility for providing leadership for the development of the Hospital’s business strategy, ensuring the successful implementation of tactical elements of the Hospital’s business initiatives. The Director of Business Development is responsible for directing and managing the planning, development and execution of strategic and comprehensive hospital initiatives, and business development plans that support overall hospital objectives and goals. The Director has responsibility for developing, implementing, and tracking business development plans, as well as serving as an advisor and consultant on existing programs and plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with advanced degree in Marketing, Health Administration or Business Administration preferred. Eight to ten years of healthcare, strategic planning and business development experience with a multi-facility system, with at least 5 years of management experience and strong background in the healthcare service or hospital industry preferred.
