Through extensive data mining and information gathering, we have created and documented model clinical protocols, guidelines, and policies and procedures to improve patient and system safety processes company-wide.

Four-Pronged Approach to Patient Safety
In our efforts to consistently improve patient safety, our plans and actions are focused on the following:

  • Continuous Performance Improvement - We employ mature processes that rely on the use of data to consistently seek and achieve improvement.
